Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ACF-50 Shop !

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase .

If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase , you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• We only offer refunds on items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.
• If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• Ultimately, it is up to ACF-50 Shop to make the decision to validate the refund or exchange the product within the stated period, justifying the decision taken.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange something for an identical item, send us an email to info@acf50shop.pt , we will analyze the possibility of accepting it.

Goods Not Covered

The following goods are not under the return policy:

• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items
• Any items that we may not have physical stock in our facilities and come from our partners.

Partial refunds are granted

• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is accepted by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days in accordance with the legalities in force in the country of the billing address. If it is impossible to return the amount using the same method used for payment, we will do so by bank transfer, or other means to be agreed between the parties.

Late or missed refunds

• If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping

• Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following address, indicating on its packaging box the Sender's Name, Reason for Return, Purchase Invoice for our evaluation,

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item.
• Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
• Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
